Jess Mills is a WNC real estate advisor who combines local knowledge, clear communication, and a deeply personal approach to helping clients make confident moves.

An Asheville resident since 2006, Jess brings a strong understanding of the region and the practical realities of buying and selling homes across Western North Carolina. He works with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to older adults navigating major life transitions.

Before entering real estate, Jess spent more than two decades as a professional musician, entertainer, and business owner, performing across the country and later co-owning and operating a dueling piano bar in downtown Asheville.

Jess believes clients deserve more than access to listings or paperwork management. They deserve thoughtful guidance, honest analysis, and an advisor who understands that every move matters—because where you live affects every aspect of your life.

He holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation and is especially committed to helping clients and families navigate downsizing, relocation, and other major transitions with patience and care.

Jess lives in the Asheville area with his wife and three children. He is also the longtime Music Director at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church in Candler.
